Our Mission

A legacy of empowerment, 19 years strong.

The Martinez Empowerment Group exists to give every child who walks through our doors the tools they need to carry themselves with confidence in any room they enter — from the dinner table to the boardroom to a conversation with a stranger. We believe class isn't something you're born with. It's something you build, practice, and eventually wear like an aura.

Our Phenomenal Women Charm & Etiquette School is now celebrating 19 years of excellence, built on the foundation of founder Sabrina Martinez's 25-year Phenomenal Women Empowerment Alliance. Through the Sabrina Martinez Etiquette Hour of Power, we blend traditional etiquette training with the modern skills our young people need today — financial literacy and AI literacy — all wrapped in a curriculum grounded in confidence, courtesy, culture, and class.

What We Teach

Three pillars, one confident child.

Our curriculum sits on three pillars that work together to prepare young people for real life — in person, on paper, and online.

Charm & Etiquette

First impressions, table manners, posture, poise, communication and confidence — the foundations of courtesy that never go out of style.

The Culmination — Second to None

Annual Cotillion & Rites of Passage

Each June, families and friends gather to watch our students step forward — poised, prepared, and proud — as they're formally presented to society. The program blends social & dining etiquette, public speaking, financial awareness (taxes, tipping, and credit literacy), and cultural identity, reminding every participant that they come from greatness — African and Indigenous kings and queens.
